The-Card-Exchange app for iPhone and iPad

- What purchases can be made in the app?
- Users can bid and/or buy physical baseball, basketball, football and soccer cards on the exchange.

- What is the payment method for the purchases?
- User can make purchases with a credit card via stripe payment api, which they will sign up with a stripe account from the app.

- Are the cards physical cards?
- Sellers upload pictures of their physical sport cards. Once a purchase has been made, sellers will ship the physical card to the buyers address which will be revealed after the transaction is finalized.

- App requests the users consent to access the camera.
Access is Required to take pictures for uploading images of physical sport cards, basketball, baseball etc.

- This app does not simulate gambling and will not be used for such purposes.
- On the apps dashboard users can rate other users based on their interactions. Furthermore this app will be transferred, after completion to a business account, Black Apps Inc, which is registered in the state of New York.
